What We Offer

Second Opinion
$225
One contractor proposal
  • We'll review the proposal and help you understand what you're actually being asked to buy.
  • We'll look at the scope, pricing information, exclusions, payment terms, warranty language, and anything else that deserves a closer look.
  • You'll receive a clear written report with our findings, questions to take back to the contractor, and our take on what we'd do next.
Bid Comparison
$450
Two or three proposals
  • We'll put the proposals side by side and look beyond the bottom-line price.
  • We'll help you see where the scopes match, where they differ, what's missing, and whether you're really comparing the same work.
  • You'll receive a clear written comparison and our take on what we'd do next.
Projects over $25,000 or unusually complex projects may be quoted separately.
Portfolio Partner
4 credits / month
For property managers & investors
  • A monthly plan that gives you 4 review credits to spend however your month goes, with a 24-hour turnaround on everything you send.
  • 1 credit gets one proposal reviewed. 2 credits gets a two- or three-bid comparison. So a month might be four single proposals, two bid comparisons, or any mix of the two.
  • Credits refresh at the start of each month and don't carry over. Need more in a busy month, just say so — extra credits are available any time. Month to month, cancel whenever, no minimum commitment.
Tell us about your portfolio and we'll send pricing.
