Information we collect
When you request the Contractor Protection Checklist, we collect the email address you enter in the checklist form. The form is provided through Google Forms, and the responses are stored in a Google Sheet owned by Brandon Lee & Co.
How we use it
We use your email address only to provide access to the checklist and to keep a record of checklist requests. We do not add checklist requesters to an email-tip list or sell, rent, or trade email addresses.
Sharing and service providers
We use Google Forms and Google Sheets to collect and store checklist requests. Google handles information submitted through its services under its own privacy practices. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of others.
Keeping information secure
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we maintain. No online system can guarantee absolute security, so please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or medical information through the checklist form.
Your choices
You may ask us to remove your checklist-request email address from our records by emailing brandon@brandonleeandco.com.
